The Hummer brand might be up for sale in lieu of astronomical gas prices and the dwindling economy but this did not deter a group of engineers to replace the pneumatic tires with tracked belts. Surely there is no change in the speed of the vehicle but there would be a phenomenal increase in the heads it turns.
