EOps i24R3 speaker system for the iPod/iPhone

It was showcased at the Tokyo Designer's Week, and it's already finding favors with most audiences. The EOps i24R3 is a wireless speaker system for the iPod/iPhone. It features an iPod-dock and a woofer-equipped base station which can be paired with two or more (up to eight) remote stereo speakers. A great feature of this system is that it is gesture controlled and that too supporting touch-free gesture! Simply move your hand in front of the base station and control volume and equalizer functions. The satellite speakers are gesture-controlled too.

Those to callous to gesture can make use of the RF-remote control as an alternative. The system also hosts a wireless dongle that allows you to stream music from a Mac or PC. The EOps i24R3 speaker system will come out by early 2009.
