We got a message regarding this article and apparently those buses are actually "InfoWagons" that are part of partnership program with local governments that brings technology training opportunities the people of rural China – many of whom have never before seen a computer. Microsoft has so far donated 8 of these buses. Each is equipped with 15 computers. Its all part of Unlimited Potential, Microsoft's commitment to bring the benefits of technology to the next billion people. These buses are not employee shuttles. These buses are providing opportunities to the people of rural China.
